The Three Jewels of the Tao

They are such simple concepts, really. And I'm sure that most of the time we all manage to stray from practicing one or another or all of them. Pat and I learned of the Three Jewels of the Tao while reading a work of fiction, Lamb by Christopher Moore, the odd premise of which is that Jesus had a childhood best buddy who writes a tell all book about his early years. In it they seek the three wise men who attended Jesus' birth and receive many lessons about different teachings.
Pat was particularly fascinated with the concept of the Three Jewels as outlined in the book and we discussed them quite a bit on our early morning dog walks. We are both on the same page when it comes to most of these types of things and we agreed that the three attributes were something to strive for in life. We decided that we would like a visual reminder and I set about to create one in the media that I am currently working the most in, Photaggio.
